Yeah i agree that cygwin makes difficult. I too faced the same type of issues and solved finally

Thanks for solving issues.

We can solve these errors in many ways in windows.
1. copy the jar to the jdkhome\lib\ext folder. This is bootstrap classloader which loads all the jars automcatically by java .
2.other is set the environment variable CLASSPATH=%CLASSPATH%;.;HADOOP JAR LOCATION.
Please let us know if you think these options works for you.

Netflix is requiring me to update to Silverlight 4 to view the programs, but updating to Silverlight 4 will negate streaming the videos. How can I fix this???

I would love to read while not steaming and would love a cold beer too (if you have a glass of wine, I would prefer that, but I will take a beer if that is all you have :-)
